Most helpful; easy to read

I found this book to be most helpful in defining whether or not one would be good at being an entrepeneur, and also at helping one prepare for that role.
The tips Bridges gives are easy to read. They are enough of a challenge to make them interesting, but not so much to make one want to give up. It gave me a whole different perspective on my own job, and helped me in very practical ways, as well as increasing the spiritual aspects of it.
This is an excellent read for anyone who holds a job anywhere, and moreso if you think you would rather work for yourself.
